How does the 30-day free demo work?

During the 30-day demo, you get full, unrestricted use of GetIt Remote’s file sharing services. You may share as many files as you like and use every feature (e.g., iOS, Android, and web apps, etc.) and do everything a paying customer can do. At the end of the 30 days, your demo will expire, and you will be prompted to purchase the subscription plan that works for you if you wish to continue using GetIt Remote.

Do I need to provide a credit card for the free demo?

No, you do not need to supply billing information to try GetIt Remote for 30 days. If you wish to purchase a GetIt Remote subscription after the 30-day demo, you will be prompted to purchase using a credit card. You are under no obligation to purchase a GetIt Remote subscription. The demo is 100% risk-free.

As a customer, can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription to GetIt Remote at any time. To do so, simply log in to your GetIt Remote account and select “Cancel Subscription” in your User Settings. You will no longer be billed recurringly.

Can I easily add or remove users from my monthly subscription plan?

Yes. Adding or removing users from your account is both quick and easy. You can do so by logging into your GetIt Remote account and access your Account Settings.

Are there any hidden costs or overage fees?

No. There are absolutely no hidden fees, charges, or costs that you will ever incur beyond the low monthly per-user subscription rate.

What’s the difference between the Small Business and Business Volume plans?

Both plans offer the exact same service and features. The difference is in pricing and number of users only. The Small Business plan is for 1–10 users, while the Business Volume plan is priced for accounts with 11 or more users. For accounts with 11 or more users, we extend a 10% volume discount.

What is Microsoft Active Directory integration?

GetIt Remote’s business plans offer built-in Microsoft Active Directory integration. Active Directory is a feature that allows your IT Department to manage permissions within your company’s network, allowing you total control on a per-user basis. Use of the Active Directory integration is not required for those businesses that do not implement Active Directory.

Are there any limits in terms of the size or number of files I can share?

No. There are no limits to the size of files or folders you can share. There is nothing limiting you when you use GetIt Remote, and the pricing remains the same no matter how much you share.
